Stampin' Up is launching weekly deals throughout April 2014.

I am showing a card today using one of the items from this weeks deals, the Dress Up Framelits. You can also see some other ideas for these Framelits if you scroll down to my post of the 17th February 2014.
The colours used here are Tangerine Tango, Very Vanilla, Saraha Sand and Bermuda Bay.
The paper used for the background is from the Venetian Romance pack and the black polka dot for the dress is from the Modern Medley pack.
The stamp used on the tag and the flower is from Flowering Flourishes.
Additional Items - Scallop Tag Topper Punch, Brights Buttons, Doily, Crochet Trim and Basic Pearls.
