Here are a couple of cards with paper shapes, embellishments and stamped tiles arranged in a mini collage on one side of the card.
To make the card, stick the two vertical strips of paper to the right hand side of an A6 card and then add the horizontal scalloped strip. The pennant shape of paper and circle have first been been layered onto card before adding to the arrangement. And finally the focal point has been stamped onto decorative paper and layered on to three similar pieces of card to give a thick tile effect (you could use a piece of chipboard instead). The 'tile' has then been fixed to the card with dimensional foam pads. This all sounds a bit fiddly but it is worth doing as the different heights of your layered pieces give a really pleasing finish to the design.
